Returns & withdrawal

Changed your mind? You have 14 days to return the Placehit board game, without giving a reason. This is your right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (lag 2005:59 om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler).

How to withdraw

1. Tell us within 14 days of the day you, or someone you named, received the game. Use the button below, email us, or send the form at the bottom of this page. Any clear message works.
2. Send the game back within 14 days of telling us, to the address below. You pay the return postage.
3. Get your money back. We refund everything you paid (except any extra you paid for a faster delivery option) within 14 days of hearing from you, to the same payment method, at no fee. We may wait until the game is back with us, or until you've shown us you have sent it — whichever comes first.

Good to know

• Opening the box is fine. You may look at the game the way you would in a shop. If it has been used more than that — played with, or cards missing or damaged — we may deduct for the drop in value.
• Gifts. The right of withdrawal belongs to the person who bought the game. If you received it as a gift, ask them, or email us and we'll help.
• Faulty or damaged? That's not a withdrawal — it's on us. Email us a photo and your order number and we'll send a new one. We pay any return postage. See section 8 of the Terms.
